My Introductory Iridology and health observation book

The purpose that I wrote this book is for you to be able to look at your own eyes and understand them in                                                                                     a whole new way, through Iridology and what the eyes reveal about your health, genetics, emotions, and personality.  Your Health is your Greatest asset. Iridology tells us what our genetic footprints are.                                                                                                                                                                                        

I also shared many different areas from nutrition for a strong immune system by discovering your deficiencies and ridding the body of unwanted toxins, to renewing your mind, and also understanding the importance of your pH levels. Anatomy and Physiology simplified. Two causes of cellular malfunction to   trying a seven-day healthy jump start renewal plan, all to start building your health and becoming Stewarts of our own bodies and utilize all the non-invasive tools and suggestions I added in.  There are different charts, essential oils and all their meanings and uses, to the root of most health issues.
